  • Proactive monitoring and alert notifications via Oracle Enterprise Manager
  • Performance tuning
  • SQL statement debug and optimization
  • Backup via Oracle Recovery Manager (RMAN)
  • Database patching to maintain compliance with IT Security Office and University Audit Office requirements
  • Database upgrades
  • Transition of on-premise databases to AWS RDS (preferred) or AWS EC2 or creation of new databases, either in one of CIT's AWS accounts or in the customer’s AWS account
