• Certified for Impact: expanding her already strong expertise in UI and frontend development, Jane Henion earned her Nielsen Norman Group (N/Ng) UX Specialist certification, deepening her capabilities in user experience strategy and research. This milestone enhances her ability to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions while elevating the standard for design excellence across the team. 
• Behind the Scenes, Across the Globe: fourteen members of the Video Engineering & Event Services Support team supported over 30 major events during the Commencement Week, allowing friends and family around the globe to share their graduates' big day. Another amazing effort by the team!
• Commitment in Action: CIT Volunteers managed countless details, answered questions, adapted to challenges, and mobilized volunteers to keep Commencement Weekend events running smoothly in less-than-ideal conditions—demonstrating exceptional leadership, flexibility, and commitment. Thank you:
