On February 23, 2026, Cornell students, faculty, and administrators will notice an updated interface, part of the ongoing enhancement of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application.

This upgrade enables Classic Plus, a styling layer that renders traditional page content in a more modern, Fluid-like user interface. This update provides a consistent experience across the application’s pages.

The look and feel of the new Campus Solutions is a significant change, including increased padding, monochrome icons and sans-serif fonts to better align with best practices. Shifting from the understated classic gray buttons to bold text on green rectangular buttons also improves visibility for actions like Submit and Next.

In some pages, horizontal scrolling makes it easier to move across content that surpasses the typical width of the newer Fluid-like style. This horizontal scrolling eliminates the need to split screens across dual monitors, although zooming out can reduce the content to fit on a single monitor.

February 20-22 Update Window

To implement the remodel, Cornell’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions will be unavailable Friday, February 20, 2026 at 9pm Eastern, through Monday, February 23, 2026 on or before 8am Eastern. Students, faculty, and staff will receive email reminders as the outage approaches.
