Microsoft has released a new seamless login feature for Box. If you collaborate with Microsoft 365 files through Box Drive on desktop, you can grant access to Box and enjoy several benefits:

• Sign in just once.
• Keep your work up to date with all changes saved directly back to Box.
• Co-author Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files stored in Box using Microsoft 365 applications.

If you have not previously logged in or connected Box in this way, the next time you open a Microsoft 365 file from Box on desktop you'll be prompted to sign in. Follow the guide to grant access to Box for Microsoft Desktop co-authoring.
