At the end of June 2026, the units in the first wave of Marketing Cloud implementation schedule completed their onboarding to the versatile new communication tool offered to the Cornell community. The Salesforce team (Salesforce is the engine behind Marketing Cloud) has already started to work with those units identified for wave two.
Cornell selected Marketing Cloud as the enterprise mass communication marketing platform for units and departments across the university. "The whole experience feels better! Easier more consistent building of newsletters, better features, better reporting, and the team was just amazing to work with."
The tools and analytic capabilities of Marketing Cloud also afford units the ability to dive deeply into how to reach their communities, and how to improve their communication strategies for effective outreach.
