As change continues to ripple across the university, different transition efforts all have one thing in common: continuous improvement is becoming a critical skill for every employee. Whether adapting to new technologies, evolving business processes, or responding to changing institutional needs, Cornell's ability to learn, adjust, and improve over time will play a key role in its future success.

As project teams move from design into testing, they are learning how to identify issues, gather feedback, and improve both systems and processes. By embracing continuous improvement as part of the implementation journey, CEMI is helping create a foundation for ongoing learning and adaptation across Cornell.
