CIT TeamDynamix: Take or Assign a Ticket

To take or assign a ticket:
- On your TeamDynamix Desktop, Locate the Open Tickets - [Group Name] panel.
- For a ticket you want to take or assign, click either the ID Number or Title.
- From Actions, select Take [Incident or Service Request] to assign it to yourself or Reassign [Incident or Service Request] to assign it to someone else.
- From Actions, select Update.
- In the Update window, set the status to In Process, then click Save.
