CIT TeamDynamix: Take or Assign a Ticket

To take or assign a ticket:

  1. On your TeamDynamix Desktop, Locate the Open Tickets - [Group Name] panel.
  2. For a ticket you want to take or assign, click either the ID Number or Title.
  3. From Actions, select Take [Incident or Service Request] to assign it to yourself or Reassign [Incident or Service Request] to assign it to someone else.
  4. From Actions, select Update.
  5. In the Update window, set the status to In Process, then click Save.
