Request/Cancel Voice Mail (AUDIX) Service

To request or cancel voice mail, contact your departmental telecommunications coordinator, who will submit a Request for Service form to the IT Service Desk: Voice, Video, and Data.

Report a Problem

To request help with a problem, submit a Telephone Trouble Ticket.
