To ensure that a PDF is sufficiently accessible, use tools to simulate the experience using a screen reader or low vision reader.

Keyboard Simulation

Simulating the experience of a keyboard reader is also useful. On the tags panel, check to make the order of the tags correct, then test the keyboard order by tabbing through the document with your tab key.
