Fees

All fees will be applied to your bursar account.

There is an one-time activation charge and a monthly fee for Student Wired Network service in unbundled locations. Fees also apply for additional network connections in bundled locations.

**Fees for additional activations for Student Wired Network Service are applicable for both Bundled and Unbundled locations.

When does the Student Wired Network Service end for the year?

Your service will be disconnected as indicated on the original request form. If no disconnection date is provided, the default disconnect date is May 31. If you wish to change the disconnect date, please contact the IT Service Desk: Voice, Video, Data at 255-5500, option #2, or ncs-os@cornell.edu.

How can I figure out which jacks are already active in my room?

Contact the IT Service Desk: Voice, Video, Data at 255-5500, option #2, or email ncs-os@cornell.edu if you would like more information on which jacks are active in your residence hall room.

Billing

You will receive a monthly email telling you when your bill is ready.
