User Experience

When I try to connect to eduroam, my password is not accepted and the connection fails. I know I'm typing my password correctly.

How to Solve this Problem

  • When you connect to eduroam, you must enter your NetID followed by @cornell.edu. If you enter just your NetID, the connection will fail. Sign in with your NetID@Cornell.edu and NetID password.
  • If you're still unable to connect to eduroam, it's possible in some rare cases that you might have to reset your NetID password.
  • You can reset your NetID password and then attempt to connect to eduroam. To reset your password, see the NetID Management page.
