Video Conferencing Settings

If your video conferencing system is no longer connected to the video gatekeeper, or you receive a "Login Failed. Unable to Connect to server" error with Jabber Video, your video conferencing system or Jabber video client may be configured with an IP address. Modify your configuration with the settings below to successfully register.  

Room-Based Video Conferencing
Gatekeeper: vcs.video.cornell.edu

Jabber Video
Jabber users should first upgrade to the most current version, which can be downloaded from:
https://cornell.box.com/shared/static/vpymmj6w57uh7e85op0k.zip
 
Jabber Video settings:
Internal Server: vcs.video.cornell.edu
External Server: vcse.video.cornell.edu
SIP Domain: video.cornell.edu
