Use Cisco Telepresence Management Suite

The Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) provides tools for managing video codecs including codec settings, address books, and dialing plans. TMS also allows you to backup and restore or replace codecs.
Request a Cisco TMS Account
To request a Cisco TMS account, contact the IT Service Desk and request access to Cisco TMS. Include your unit or college and the video codecs you manage.
Log In to Cisco TMS
Log in to CIT's Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS) at https://tms.video.cornell.edu.
After your Cisco TMS account has been created, you can log in to Cisco's TMS using your NetID and NetID password. If the computer you are using to log in is not on the Cornell domain, you will need to type cornell\NetID as your user name.
