What to do if your Two-Step Login account is locked

Two-Step Login displays the message: “Your account has been locked out due to excessive authentication failures. Please contact your administrator.” when I try to log in.
Please contact the IT Service Desk to unlock your Two-Step Login account. You will need to go to the Service Desk with your ID or have access to a computer that can support a Zoom session.
