Change Who Can Present in a Teams Meeting

This article applies to: Microsoft Teams

Either before or during a meeting, you can change whether attendees can present in the meeting or not.

After you've scheduled the meeting, double-click it in Teams Calendar, then select Meeting Options. Once the web page opens (you may need to switch browsers if you use Safari, or be asked to authenticate), look for Who Can Present. Choices include everyone, people in my organization, specific people, or just you.

When in an active meeting, you can change permissions from the participants list or from meeting options. Microsoft explains the Roles in a Team Meeting
