Set Your Photo (Office 365)

This article applies to: Skype for Business (Windows)

You can associate the photo (or image) of your choice with your Office 365 account. This image will appear in Outlook and Skype. Here we describe how to change or remove your photo.

  1. In your browser, open Outlook on the Web at
  2. Sign in using your address and password.
  3. At the upper-right, click the icon of your picture or initials.
  4. Click My account.
  5. Click Personal info.
  6. Click your photo (or the personal silhouette if you don't currently have a photo).
  7. To change your photo, click Choose file.
    To remove your photo, click the X next to the image.
  8. Click Save when finished.

To return to Outlook on the Web, click the nine-dot icon at the upper left, then select Outlook.
