Schedule a Skype for Business (Mac) Meeting

You'll have a smoother experience if Outlook is running before you use these steps.
  1. Click a person's listing for a contact or in search results.
  2. On the right, click the Schedule a Meeting icon. In Outlook, a meeting invitation will open, addressed to the currently selected contacts or search result.
  3. From Outlook's Meeting menu, select Online Meeting, then click Add Online Meeting. A Join online meeting link will be added to the body of your invitation.
  4. Complete the meeting invitation details as you normally would.
