Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SIG

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Special Interest Group (SIG) is currently meant for business leaders, business analysts, and IT staff who are using or considering adopting CRM technologies. We meet quarterly to discuss CRM initiatives across campus.

In the future, there is room for the group to grow as more people across campus become “engaged” with Salesforce. Examples of more audiences for this group include: staff who manage student data in the system; communicators who will be re-imagining email blasts; anyone who will be adding a project, engaging with students, or learning about the tools in Salesforce. Let us know if you'd like to get involved!
