Use this form to submit a help request if you don't have a NetID. If you have a NetID, please use myIT unless you cannot receive email to your Cornell address or are unable to login with your NetID and password.
Requests submitted via this form are reviewed Monday through Friday, 8AM to 6PM (Eastern US time), in the order in which they are received. For urgent or time sensitive matters, please call us at 607-255-5500 during the above business hours.
