Block Calls from a Phone Number

You can prevent a known spam number from calling you again, using the RingCentral app.

On This Page

iOS Devices and Desktop App

  1. In RingCentral app (not website), select Phone in the left navigation column.
  2. Mouseover a call from the number you want to block.
  3. Select More (the three-dot icon at the right edge of the screen), then select Block Number.

Android Devices

  1. In RingCentral app (not website), select Phone at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the Recents tab.
  3. Select the information bubble icon to the far right of the number you want to block.
  4. Select Block Number.
  5. In the confirmation message, click OK.
