Work on Open Incidents (Remedy Classic View)

Add an Entry

  1. From the Overview Console double-click the incident you want to work on.
  2. At the top of the Work Detail tab, click the green plus sign icon (Create Workinfo).
  3. In the Notes field, enter detailed information that conveys the state of the incident and any actions that were taken.
  4. Click Save

Update an Entry

This method assumes you are viewing a particular incident record.

  1. Select the Work Detail tab.
  2. Select the entry you wish to view or update. The lower section of the Work Detail tab will display the entry you've selected.
  3. Update fields as necessary.
    To remove an attachment, click the Delete Attachment icon next to the file.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the Work Info tab.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the browser window.
