Set Overview Console as Default
If you are using multiple Remedy modules (such as Incident Mgmt. and Work Order Mgmt.), we recommend making the Overview Console your default view.
This article applies to: Remedy
In Remedy's left navigation, click Application Preferences. A second window will open.
For Default Home Page, select Overview Console.
If you will be dealing with Work Orders, lower on the screen for Show Work Order, select Yes.
