Select Groups in Your Consoles (Remedy Classic View)

You will only see records in your Consoles for those groups that you have selected. You can change and/or verify these settings.

This article applies to: Remedy

  1. While viewing either the Overview Console or the Incident Management Console, in the navigation on the left, under Functions, click Application Preferences. The Application Preferences window will open.
  2. Set the Show field to Assigned To My Selected Groups. The My Groups window will open.
  3. Check the groups you want to see and click OK. This will return you to the Application Preferences window.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To see any changes in your view, click the Refresh the Console icon (two curved arrows at the upper right) to refresh your browser window.
