Select Groups in Your Consoles (Remedy Classic View)
You will only see records in your Consoles for those groups that you have selected. You can change and/or verify these settings.

While viewing either the Overview Console or the Incident Management Console, in the navigation on the left, under Functions, click . The Application Preferences window will open.
- Set the Show field to Assigned To My Selected Groups. The My Groups window will open.
