Search for Incidents (Remedy Smart IT)

There are three ways to search and refine your search.
Use the search box at the upper right to find all records that match what you've typed.
Under the Dashboard menu, click the icon to restrict your search by keyword, by type, or both.
- Under the Console menu, click the icon to open an options panel allowing you to filter results by Ticket Type, Status, Date Range, Keywords, etc.
