Search for Incidents (Remedy Smart IT)

There are three ways to search and refine your search.

  • Use the search box at the upper right to find all records that match what you've typed.
     
  • Under the Dashboard menu, click the three-dot icon to restrict your search by keyword, by type, or both.
     
  • Under the Console menu, click the Filter icon to open an options panel allowing you to filter results by Ticket Type, Status, Date Range, Keywords, etc.
