Repeat a Request (MyIT)

You can only repeat a request that was originally submitted through MyIT. If the request originated with an email or phone call to the IT Service Desk, you will not be able to follow these steps.

  1. Go to
  2. Click My Activity (in the red toolbar), then select Requests.
  3. Locate the request of interest and click it to open it.
  4. At the bottom of the Request Details window, click Request Again.
