To Report a Service Outage

If you have a service outage that you have verified from multiple computers, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Remedy Enhancements

Remedy Reports/Metrics

Remedy has default reports that run weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The reports are sent via email, and provide information on your support organization and/or support group. Email remedy-admin@cornell.edu to request more information about what reports are available or to schedule delivery of reports for your organization.
