To Report a Service Outage
If you have a service outage that you have verified from multiple computers, please contact the IT Service Desk.

Remedy has default reports that run weekly, monthly, or quarterly. The reports are sent via email, and provide information on your support organization and/or support group. Email email@example.com to request more information about what reports are available or to schedule delivery of reports for your organization.
