Log In to Remedy (Classic View)

You will authenticate using your NetID and password. When you have successfully logged in, you will be at the Remedy IT Home page. The blue Applications tab at the left holds links that provide you with access to the tools you can use, based on your permissions.
Set your browser settings to allow popups from
cornell.onbmc.eduon all computers where you will use Remedy.
- Remember that your customers will get emailed when you generate an Incident associated with their NetID. The summary field will be included in that email. Make sure it is descriptive and appropriate for the customer to see.
- In Application Preferences make sure your settings allow you to see the incidents for your entire support group. You can access the Application Preferences in the left menu area of the Incident Management Console.
