Email Customers (Remedy Classic View)

This procedure assumes you are viewing a particular incident or work order record.
- In the left navigation, under Functions, click . An Email System window with the email address filled in, and the subject line showing the incident/work order number. Both of these fields can be edited.
- Enter your message text and/or use Email Templates by selecting them from the drop-down list.
- When finished, click .
Emails you send via Remedy will be logged as part of the corresponding incident/work order. If the customer replies to your message, it will be added to the record as a Work Info entry.
