Close Open Incidents (Remedy Classic View)

  1. From the Overview Console (or Incident Management Console) double-click the incident you want to close.
  2. Set Status to Resolved and set Status Reason to No further action required using the drop-down menus.
  3. On the Resolution tab, enter a Resolution – create a detailed description of the steps it took to resolve the root cause of the problem.
  4. Click Save.
