In-Warranty Apple Repair Service Temporarily Suspended by The Cornell Store

Related services: Computer Recommendations

The Cornell Store has announced that, starting Monday, February 28, 2022, it must suspend in-warranty service on both customer- and Cornell-owned Apple devices. This follows Apple’s ending its authorized repair contract with their local third-party repair vendor, The Computing Center.

Currently, The Cornell Store is working on alternate plans to offer in-warranty service on Apple devices. In the meantime, they suggest that users whose personal Apple devices require service visit Apple’s website getsupport.apple.com to find an authorized repair vendor.

Note that The Cornell Store will still accept out-of-warranty Apple devices for repair by The Computing Center.
