User Experience (UX) SIG: Improving Google Analytics Understanding with Intercom and Craft
Related services: Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
Ever wish for tools to help you better understand your Google Analytics? Simple. Switch to Intercom and you’ll know who is doing what, and when, in your application.
Paul Davis, from the Research Division IT, will speak to the User Experience (UX) SIG about how his team uses Intercom to track user engagement and provide “white glove” support to researchers and support staff. Intercom’s rich instrumentation and analytic capabilities let you identify under-used features and highlight them for users, as well as allowing you to track detailed usage metrics.
Paul will also demo Craft, a feature-rich but easy-to-use tool for designing and managing products or sites. Use Craft to define features and then plan and track your development roadmap. Integrations with applications including Intercom and Pivotal make Craft even more useful for teams to work together.
Please join the UX SIG on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 from 1:00-2:00pm, in Mann Library, Room 102, to learn more!
