Update: Zoom has issued corrected instructions for updating the public key for the Zoom Desktop Client for Linux. The current key pair will be retired, so affected users must update their client by November 2, 2022 to avoid an interruption of service.

Zoom has announced they will be retiring the current key pair used to sign the Zoom desktop client for Linux. Before Wednesday, November 2, 2022, users of the Linux Zoom desktop client need to download and trust the new public key to avoid an interruption of service.

This change only applies to users of the Zoom Desktop Client for Linux. Other Zoom users are not affected.
