Transition to TeamDynamix Project Update

The TeamDynamix Implementation Team has been working on configuration and integration of TeamDynamix, which will replace Remedy. To learn more about the transition from Remedy to TeamDynamix, you can view our TeamDynamix transition timeline

Additionally, the team has been meeting with IT units and non-IT units to gather requirements needed for the system. Both the TeamDynamix Steering Committee and the Advisory Group have started meeting. 

The Steering Committee is responsible for application configuration at a campus-wide level, helps to set priorities for the balance of CIT business needs and those of the campus, as well as considers the needs of the customer and the TSPs. 

The Advisory Group is made up of representatives from each of the units and is responsible for providing information on how the units currently use Remedy, providing feedback on the progress of TeamDynamix as different applications and components are set up, and providing information on what the different units need from TeamDynamix.
