The Essential Skills for Business Analysis is a foundational course provides the essential business analysis skills needed to identify the right solutions and drive significant value on projects. This course explores the breadth of tasks, skills and interactions expected in a business analysis professional role. It provides a complete foundational set of practical tips and hands on exercises to build expertise and confidence using requirements delivery strategies, independent of methodology.

Highly interactive workshops allow you to practice the techniques as you learn them. The last day brings it all together with scenario based workshops to put into practice selecting the most appropriate approaches for elicitation and analysis and identifying techniques for overcoming common project obstacles. Regardless of the participant’s skill level, the workshop cases and discussions inspire learning insights for every level of experience.
