Submit Events to it.cornell.edu

Have an upcoming event you’d like included in the events calendar on the new IT@Cornell website? We want to hear from you!

Any event that is open to IT@Cornell staff across campus, or any IT-related events organized by IT staff and open to the public can be listed on the calendars. These includes conferences, workshops, forums, networking events, Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and campus-wide trainings for IT services (meetings or small private groups should not be publicized through the Cornell and IT@Cornell calendars).

All events listed on it.cornell.edu/events have been submitted through the Cornell events calendar (events.cornell.edu).

If you already have administrative privileges to add events through the Cornell calendar, you can add your event into the IT site by typing IT@Cornell into the “tags” field. In the future, we will be able to tag events to specific services, but for now, ignore the field “IT@Cornell Service Node”. 

If you do not have admin privileges to add events to the Cornell calendar, you will not see those fields, so please submit your event to us by sending us the information listed on this page:

For CIT staff: If you are hosting a custom event with multiple dates such as a conference or series of workshops, please contact the IT Communications team directly for assistance with promoting your event at it-communication@cornell.edu.
