Salesforce Higher Ed Summit March 30-April 1

A number of IT@Cornell staff are attending the Salesforce Higher Ed Summit, March 30 - April 1 in New Orleans. They will be joining representatives from between two and three hundred other schools to hear about the capabilities of Salesforce and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) beyond simple contact tracking.

Discussions will include using Salesforce across units, to connect different audiences, and in support of service, marketing automation, social listening, community, and analytics.

The event will also allow opportunities for:

  • Learning about tools.
  • Understanding the new higher ed data model that is being launched soon.
  • Developers to meet peers tackling issues with Salesforce in higher ed.
  • Meeting with vendors who have experience with higher ed and Salesforce.

The conference fee is $100. For more details and to register, visit:
