Request Forms Available for Staff Google Accounts, New Alumni Email Accounts, and Email Shutoff

As part of service updates relating to Cornell's Strategic Storage Initiative, the following activities are now handled through request forms. Previously, changes of these types were managed in WhoIAm.

With this change, alumni who do not already have a Cornell email account will be provided an Office 365 email account rather than Gmail, as had previously been the case. For background on why Cornell storage and email services are changing, see the Strategic Storage Initiative Website.
