Remedy with Smart IT available October 17, 2016

Remedy's Smart IT will be available Monday, October 17, 2016 as an alternative interface for technical support providers to use in the Remedy On Demand system. This can be used on the desktop/laptop as well as hand held devices like smartphones and tablets. 

Smart IT will include:

  • A new user interface that is more intuitive to the user and automatically displays relevant, related content as you type.
  • The ability to use it on hand held devices like smartphones (Android, iPhones) and tablets, as well as on the desktop.
  • A focus on roles, not modules, to improve the user's experience.

Important Detail: Smart IT will not have all of the advanced capabilities that the classic version maintains. To better understand if this application will work for your department's business processes, we encourage you to request a departmental consultation/training.        

Trainings will be provided on a departmental basis, if your department would like to be trained on the new Remedy with Smart IT interface, email remedy-service@cornell.edu.
