Remedy with Smart IT Available November 2

Remedy’s Smart IT is an alternative interface tor technical support providers to use in the Remedy On Demand system. This can be used on the desktop/laptop as well as hand held devices like smartphones and tablets. A training course is now available that will cover how to use Smart IT for the Incident Management module. Important Detail: Departments who use incident templates to drive their business processes and for pre-population categorization in Remedy are encouraged to wait for a later release of the product.
