Remedy Enhancements as of July 9, 2016

Remedy users have different options for viewing records in Remedy, while most users view their work from the Incident Management console, others default to the Overview console. If you view your data from the Overview console in Remedy then you will notice enhancements starting July 9, 2016.
The Overview console view will now have three additional functions available:
- Clear Email Updated: clears the "Email Updated" flag for cases where new emails have come into Remedy.
- Turbo Cancel: is a feature used to remove (or cancel) spam.
- Email System: allows Remedy users to send emails customers.
The console view will also have additional column data options (available from the “Preferences” drop down menu”):
- Service Request ID
- Support Organization
- Support Company
- Completed Date
- Customer Organization
- Site Group
- First Name
- Last Name
- Last Modified Date
- Contact Type
- Email Updated Flag
The Overview console and the Change console breadcrumbs will automatically refresh the console
