Qualtrics Removing Classic Reports March 31, 2021
Qualtrics is retiring its Classic Reports option on March 31, 2021, after running it concurrently with their modern reporting, "Advanced Reports," since last fall. On March 31, remaining Cornell users of Qualtrics Classic Reports will lose access to any reports which were created with Classic Reports, including scheduled emails and public reports. They should rebuild reports on the Advanced Reports platform and download a PDF copy of existing reports they wish to keep. Qualtrics has sent several emails to account owners who still have Classic Reports, notifying them of the change.
To view Classic Reports in a user account, navigate to the Advanced Reports page (Reports tab > Reports section), click on the name of the advanced report and select View Classic Reports from the dropdown.
