The preview for the upcoming version of Qualtrics, the service used for the Cornell Central Survey Tool, has been delayed. The vendor is currently working toward a goal of making the preview available sometime in the week of April 4, 2016. 

While running tests before turning the preview on for Cornell, Qualtrics engineers discovered areas where they felt performance needed improvement. In order to address these, they advised waiting to begin the preview until changes are made that allow performance to meet the usual standard.
