Provide Captioning in Zoom Meetings

To improve accessibility for your Zoom meetings you can caption your meeting. Zoom provides a closed captioning option. Closed captioning means the host or an assigned participant can type the captions during the meeting. To turn this feature on login to your zoom account at cornell.zoom.us and go to ‘Meeting Settings’ and ‘In Meeting (Advanced)’ to turn closed captioning on. Once you do this a CC box will appear at the bottom of your meeting window, which you can click to write the captions for your meeting.
