The next meeting of the Ithaca Branch of Project Management Institute (PMI) Rochester will be Friday, September 30, 2022, from 12pm noon to 1:30pm via Zoom.

In this session, PMI Project Management Professional Mike Berry, project/program manager for Micatu Inc., a technology company based out of Horseheads, NY, will present "Construction and Building Design Industry Processes from Concept to Completion." Participants will gain an understanding of construction and building design industry processes and some of the activities required for properly managing them. The presentation will cover many of the steps through the construction engagement, safety, pre-planning, estimating, procurement, logistics, sequencing, coordination, and documentation.
