The next meeting of the Ithaca Branch of Project Management Institute (PMI) Rochester will be Friday, May 6, 2022, from 11:30am–12:30pm via Zoom. In this session, PMI Project Management Professional Robin Louvain with Xerox Corporation will present "Understanding the Minimums." Participants will learn the difference between minimum viable product, minimum business increment, minimum marketable release, and minimum releasable feature; how they relate to each other; and specific examples of how they can be applied.
