New Academic and Event Scheduling System: Important Changes Coming

The academic and event scheduling system, Scheduling@Cornell, will be released Monday, February 24, 2020. The new Scheduling@Cornell will help broaden access to campus facilities, streamline business processes, promote consistent policies and practices, and enable data-informed decision making.

In preparation for the move to the new system the Request page on the WebViewer will be disabled at 11:59pm on Sunday, February 16, 2020. Users will be able to view Events and Locations on the WebViewer from 11:59pm on February 16, 2020 through Monday, February 24, 2020. In addition, we will be freezing all room scheduling in R25 starting at 11:59pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Scheduling and requesting will resume in the new system the morning of February 24, 2020 and R25 will redirect to the new Scheduling@Cornell website.

The new scheduling tool places classes and events into locations and the Event Registration Form (ERF) is now built into the Scheduling@Cornell system. You no longer have to go to a different website to fill out this information, it is all done within the new system.
