At this event, Jennifer Fonseca from Organization and Workforce Development will join us to do a brief talk on change. Change Happens! So the questions isn’t “How can I keep things the same…it’s how can I work positively with changes that happen?” We’re going to look at the differences between how people, a whole department, or even the university might respond to change. Learn how to be aware of the choices we make about how we feel and how we respond to change.
