Higher-Ed DevOps Conference June 2-4, 2021

Related services: Cloudification

The Cornell cloud community and its university partners are excited to announce the inaugural Higher-Ed DevOps Conference on June 2-4, 2021. This event is a satellite program of the Cornell Cloud Forum, with the goal of facilitating best practices, lessons learned, and effective tools for the higher ed cloud community. Faculty and staff from InCommon institutions are invited to attend for free. Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year's conference will be completely virtual. Registration will begin in the next few weeks.

At this time, presenters are needed! The call for proposals is now open and ends on April 26. Since this is the first year, we are looking for a variety of content covering anything in the DevOps landscape. There is a strong focus on practitioners and those working in the trenches. To reflect the wide range of adoption, presentations can vary from beginner-focused to expert deep dives.

This event is a great opportunity for first-time presenters, too (we'll help you!). Do you have a favorite tool? What have you learned? How have you been able to deploy applications safely and securely? Please consider sharing your insights. More ideas are available at the Call for Proposals web page and the event website.

Again, we are eager to kick off this event and need your help to make it a success. Stay tuned for updates. Learn more at Higher-Ed DevOps Conference or email us at
