CIT is launching a new SIG focused on customer relationship management (CRM) tools. The CRM-SIG is for business leaders, business analysts, and IT staff who are deploying or considering adopting new CRM technologies including, but not limited to, Salesforce. This kickoff meeting, led by Rebecca Joffrey, will provide an overview of CRM use across campus, gather input for projects to support these initiatives, and set an agenda for future meetings. The first meeting will be Wednesday, June 1, 2016, from 12:00pm - 1:00pm in G10 Biotech.
