Cornell Store IT Service Desk Closing, See Us at CCC!
In order to make best use of IT support resources, the IT Service Desk at The Cornell Store is closing no later than the end of the day on May 25, 2017. Walk-in support will still be close by, at the Computing and Communications Center (CCC) on the Ag Quad, Room 121.
The service analysts there can answer your questions about Cornell's IT services, help you troubleshoot, report issues that you're seeing, and more. Our other contacts, including phone, email, and chat, can be found at it.cornell.edu/support.
Because the exact date at which The Cornell Store resources are completely transferred to CCC is still being worked out, to ensure you can get the help you need, start using the CCC location soon. We hope to see you there!
